PHW Associates was founded with the principle that we all can live healthy, balanced, productive, and fulfilling lives. As a professional working in the high-pressure world of software and technology for 30 years, I found myself stressed, not eating right, and frankly unhappy with my physical and mental state. With that revelation, I decided to take measures to improve how I felt. At the age of 40, I began running, working out again, and learning more about exercise science and proper nutrition. In just a short time, I found that I had taken back control over my health and well-being. In 2017 I decided to go back to school to learn even more about the field of health and wellness, and subsequently earned a Master of Science degree in Sports and Health Sciences. I went on to earn a certification in Health Coaching from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
As a health and wellness coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals, and employees of organizations, achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching, guidance, and education. With a background in nutrition, exercise science, business, and technology, I understand the importance of creating a balanced and sustainable approach to health and wellness no matter what life may throw at you. I work with clients to identify their unique needs and goals and create customized plans to help them reach their full potential. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, or simply feel better in your own skin, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I believe that true wellness is about more than just physical health; it is also about mental and emotional well-being. That’s why I take a holistic approach to coaching, and offer support and advice on a wide range of topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.
